[ 01 // Fractional CMO ]
I build brands through live experience and culture.
Ten years building brands at Red Bull. Then building festivals at Insomniac. Same discipline, two directions.
A 30-minute call. I’ll tell you what I’d prioritize in your first 90 days — whether or not we work together.

[ 02 // Who This Is For ]
Built for businesses where the brand is the product.
Sometimes marketing has outgrown the founder. Sometimes the leadership seat is empty. Sometimes the team is capable but stuck. In every case the problem is the same — the marketing function needs senior direction it doesn’t have, and a full-time hire is more commitment than the business needs right now.
Live entertainment. Hospitality and venues. Brands that live in culture.
Not a fit if: you’re pre-launch with no product, or you want someone to execute a plan that’s already set.
[ 03 // Philosophy ]
Why fractional.
Sometimes you need senior marketing judgment before you need a full marketing department. That’s the gap fractional fills.
You get someone who’s done this before, in the room, making decisions — without committing to a permanent hire before you know what the role should be. And because the engagement scales, you’re paying for a day a week when that’s what the work needs, and more when it doesn’t.
The shape is always the same. Assess what’s there. Fix the infrastructure. Hire and coach the team. Hand it over.
Then leave. That’s the job.
[ 04 // Engagement Models ]
What I actually do.
Engagements start at one day a week and scale with the campaign. Three-month minimum.
Interim CMO / Senior Judgment / Accountability
Marketing rarely stalls because nobody’s working hard. It stalls because nobody senior is deciding what matters.
So the founder ends up approving social posts at 11pm, the agency fills the gap with activity, and everyone’s busy without much moving. This is the seat above all of that — the person accountable for direction, priorities, and the calls that decide where the next six months go.
Not advice. Decisions.
You get: a strategy, a decision-making structure, and a marketing function that runs on priorities instead of whatever’s on fire.
Typical Term
6–12 months
[ Selected Work ]
Proof, not promises.
Brand work at Red Bull. Festival work at Insomniac. Both, independently, since.
